A six-person jury unanimously found Trinity Nuclear Abolitionist member Marcus Patrick Blaise Page guilty of criminal trespassing late today in Magistrate Court.

Los Alamos Police Officers Paige Early and Jason Herrera laid out the case for the state, explaining to the jury that the question was trespassing and not moral issues surrounding nuclear weapons at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Judge Pat Casados sentenced Page to 364 days in jail, suspending 362 days and giving him credit for two days he spent in jail April 14-16 following his arrest for refusing to leave DOE property across the bridge.

Casados also sentenced Page to 30 days community service and 180 days of unsupervised probation.
